I had a great experience at Audibel Hearing Center. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable right away. The entire process was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. I really appreciated how smooth everything went.

Brought my mom in after getting referred for hearing aids. We has all the proper documents so i called on may 9th & made an appt for June 20th. However, 2 weeks later they called saying they had openings and if i would be able to come in on may 29th. We came to the appt and were treated so nicely. They were very nice and patient with my nervous mother. The doctor helped pick a nice color for the hearing aids and was very friendly and kind. It helped put my mom at ease. The hearing aids were fully covered and we picked them up today on 6/7. They explained what was covered and what was out of pocket. They explained how to put it on, Clean it, Change the filter, And the batteries. My mom loves the way they look. She does need to get accustomed to them, but she’s actually surprised at how nice they are. We are super thankful and will continue to return.

I love my Starkey hearing aids and Dr Zach is terrific. The service is always excellent. This Bronx office is a first for me, and I got lost. I was 30 minutes late, and they were understanding and managed my appointment.
