Dr. Zach Siegfried, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Zach Siegfried, Audiologist, moved to Brooklyn NY in 2020 from the Chicago land area. He started working in the hearing industry right out of college and thoroughly enjoys being able to help patients in many different ways.
Dr. Siegfried loves building relationships with his patients. The more he learns about his patients and their lifestyle, the more he can help them on the path toward better hearing. Assuring his patients are happy and comfortable wearing their hearing aids at all times is his main goal.
Dr. Siegfried is also a certified animal audiologist. During his time at the University of Cincinnati, he developed a passion for animal hearing conservation while working with the UC FETCHLAB. He has worked with canines, African elephants, cheetahs, bottlenose dolphins, and walruses.
Dr. Rosie Cohen, AuD
Audiologist
Dr. Rose Cohen is a clinical audiologist who is dedicated to helping her patients hear better and regain access to the world around them. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brooklyn College with a minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then went on to Montclair State University and graduated with the degree of Doctor of Audiology. Dr. Cohen completed her residency at Stony Brook University Hospital where she specialized in pediatric care. She is personable and provides care to patients and their families based on each patient’s specific needs.
Dr. Cohen is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is certified with the American Board of Audiology in Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A). She speaks English and Spanish.

My name is Luz Ortega, and I am the proud mother of two beautiful girls. I live in Bronx, New York, and I have spent over seven years in the medical field, with the last three years focused on audiology. I am passionate about this field because I understand the profound impact hearing loss can have on daily life. My mission is to help those with hearing loss regain their connection to the world, and each day, I strive to empower them to lead fuller lives. It brings me joy to see our patients leave with a smile.

My name is Noemi Bonilla, and I am the proud mother of three beautiful children. As a Patient Service Coordinator at the Montefiore office in Bronx, NY, I have dedicated myself to the Audiology field since 2010, embracing various roles along the way. Being a part of Audibel allows me to fulfill my passion for assisting patients with their hearing healthcare needs. Hearing is an essential part of life, and I am honored to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Sache Williams
Patient Services Coordinator
Sache Williams is a dedicated Patient Service Coordinator at the Audibel Hearing Center in Pelham. Hailing from the Bronx, New York, she embarked on her journey in the hearing industry in February 2024. Transitioning from a career in customer service, Sache was excited to explore this new field, which presented unique challenges and rewards.
What truly fills Sache’s heart with joy is witnessing the profound changes in her patients’ lives as they regain their ability to hear. She finds it incredibly moving to see their smiles—or sometimes even tears of happiness—when they leave after being fitted for their hearing aids. These moments are a powerful reminder of the difference she is making in their lives.
Sache’s compassionate nature and her ability to work efficiently enable her to address the everyday needs of her patients with care and understanding. Outside of her professional life, Sache cherishes her role as a mother to her newborn baby girl and values the special moments spent with her family.
